This question you have asked is wrong. The question should be like this -- In what ways are the physical divisions of India interdependent ?
Interdependence of the physical divisions of India :-
The physical divisions of India are interdependent on each other and the interdependence is among each feature. For example - the northern mountains or Himalayas protect the entire country from severe cold Siberian winds. The monsoon winds from the Indian Ocean strikes with them and shed their moisture over almost the entire country. The northern plains are the food basket of India and this region provides food to various parts of our country. The peninsular plateau is the store house of minerals of our country. Almost all the minerals are found in this region. The islands and coastal region provides the sea-ports for international trade and fishing points also.
