In what ways are we over exposed to stimuli from all around us
Answers
We are overexposed to different types of stimuli around us like seeing some faces often, interacting with a particular person or getting exposed to some objects regularly such as some geometrical shapes, art, music , etc.
It has been studied that overexposure to anything increases our liking for that object. This is known as 'mere exposure effect' in which we develop a preference for things on overexposure as we get familiar with them.
Actually stimuli means to make some reaction around us or society for example if I spit in public areas then the public will know that I am not a civilized person.
Explanation:
If the public come to know that I spit in public places then the thinking of some people about me will change. Like a person who likes me and he comes to know that I am not a civilized person then that person's thinking about me will change and he may not like me anymore and sometimes it may even be even a serious matter not only by splitting but also in other cases this is how we are over exposed to stimuli or over exposed to stimuli.
