- Company rule in India will end and India will come directly under the British crown.
- The monarch of the Great Britain will now be called as the Emperor/Empress of India.
- British officials will not interfare in the people's social and religious life.
- There will be an increase in Indian policemens' salaries.
- The British will now not discriminate between them and Indians and will allow Indians to achieve a high rank.
- The age of the ICS (Indian civil services) will be reduced from 21 to 18 years.
- Number of British troops will be increased in the Indian army such that for every 2 Indians there is one British troop.
