in my opinion India never cooperated with the Britishers. they were from the start forced to do work.. And Britishers came to India for trade. King Jahangir allowed the Britishers to trade in India slowly and steadily with the increasing power they started to rule India. Soon after that our India got free from their rule. people started protesting and non cooperating with the British government . And we are free today
