eg: for a pregnant woman , advising red meat as a rich source of iron will not find accepted ,as it is expensive , however prescribing her cauliflower leaves or amaranthus leaves or chirwa is better as they are cheap and source of iron
similar region effect food choices as readily available of food items in the region will be easy acceptable to the people like in that place
eg : people near the coastal areas will eat first as a source of Omega 3 fatty acids is acceptable , that for those living in hilly regions
