in what ways is human resource different from other resources

human resource is superior of all resources as it makes use out of other resources. it is humans who use other resources such as land, water, soil, etc. they cannot be used on their own.

There is a huge difference between HUMAN RESOURCE and OTHER RESOURCES. Because it's only human their skills and ability that make use of other resources. Other resources can't be used and utilized by their own. It's only humans that makes it useful.
