Government is bound to provide us the basic health services because right to life is our fundamental right and right to health is intrinsic to that. To make this facility reach all, health units have been opened in the remotest of villages and the facilities have been made available at very low rates

A public health system is a system of health centers and hospitals run by the government. As this system is run by the government this is meant for everyone. It provides free healthcare services to everyone. The government is bound to provide public health services to everyone as it comes under the right to life which is our fundamental right.
