Prairies are small grass lands whereas farming in our India is done on large plots of lands.
As the prairies wheat farming is done in US, due to small plots of land the farmers do more hard work and more result is taken out.
Where farmers are usually well educated, and use specialised methods for farming which make their farming more productive where as farmers of India are most probably illiterate and that's why they aren't able to do farming of high level.
But the real fact is hidden here, the Indian farmers use traditional ways of growing wheat, show the nutrients and Minerals present is more in amount than the wheats of US .
This is the reason the people of India or more physically healthy and stronger than US..................
But we would need to apply some technical ways to make a farming more productive as our India is really at lower levels when compared to US for farming .........
Hope it helps!
