The cilvil disobedience movement was different from non cooperation movement:
NON COOPERATION MOVEMENT (NCM)
✓ the people were asked not to co-operate with the govt.
✓foreign goods were boycotted.
✓ in many places merchants and traders refused to trade on foreign goods or finance foreign traders.
✓students left the govt owned schools and colleges.
✓ lawyers have up legal practice.

CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE MOVEMENT (CDM)
✓people were asked to break down colonial laws
✓the country men broke the salt law
✓ peasants refused to pay revenue and chaukidar tax
✓village officials resigned from their jobs
✓ forest ppl violated forest rules..
