The belief of Bhagavata and Shaiva was that completely contradicting with Buddhists and Jainas.

The Jains and Buddhist believe in the Mahavira which was declined by the other in the 5th to 12th century.

However, it was this time when Jains and Buddhists peaked up during the reign of Mahavir and become his followers.
