The High Court exercises power of superintendence under Article 227 of the Constitution over all subordinate courts and tribunals; the Supreme Court has not been conferred with any power of superintendence. I hope the answer is cleared

Explanation:

Such power of superintendence is absent in the Supreme Court, which being the highest Constitutional court, was never intended to supervise subordinate courts or the High Courts. The powers of the Supreme Court vis-à-vis the High Courts was considered at length in Tirupati Balaji Developers (P) Ltd v. State of Bihar.
