Rusting is a problem in Mumbai rather than in Delhi.
EXPLANATION:
This is because Mumbai is located close to the sea as compared to Delhi which is in plains.
The air of Mumbai is moist because of its proximity to the sea. The air which is moist therefore may result in the rusting of several objects. Because of presence of moisture, rusting in Mumbai takes place more often and very quickly thereby causing problems.
