The conditions under which p/T is constant for any value of T are

1)Constant number of moles of a gas.

2)Constant volume of gas .

3)Constant value of R that is universal gas constant which has constant value.

We know that gas equation is pV=nRT

So p/T=nR/V so p/T=constant.

p/T=constant this is also known as Charles law which states that at constant volume of gas and for given mole of gas pressure of gas is directly proportional to temperature of gas.

So p/T=constant for volume of gas is constant and number of moles of gas is also constant.
