DPD is diffusion pressure deficit. OP is osmotic pressure. TP is turgor pressure. As we know the relation between them -

DPD=OP−TP

So we can easily say if DPD is more than OP then TP should be negative so that its value can add up with the value of OP an gives more value than OP.
