we find the black forest in Germany. black forest is named so because the forest doesn't get any sun rays because its dense growth has formed a roof on the top of the forest and blocks sunlight..

Black forests are found in germany , is the place where hansel and gratel encountered the witch. They are known so because of the slightly sinister canopy of evergreens
