The correct answer is the option A - Decade of 1990.

Globalization is a term that is used to define the increase in interaction in between the people on a global scale. Although the idea of proto-globalization had started sometime from the years of 1600 and 1800, it became the buzz word only in the last two decades. There were early forms of traditional globalization during the times of the Han dynasty, the Roman empire, and the Parthian Empire. However, the increase in communication and technology, improved transportation, and the interdependence of the nations and states for trade and business has improved and increased the process of globalization in the past 2 decades.

The concept of globalisation was first initiated in the 1980. But it gained further popularity in the decade of 1990. However, its origin dates back way before that when trade of goods first began. Since then there has always been a massive increase in the interaction between all the world nations that has led to
economic development, increase in the level of trade flows and escalating investment. Thus globalisation brings a number of positive impacts both to the environment, the cultures and the overall societies.
