Cuco3 + 2HCI
CuCl2 + CO2 + H20
O Mg + 2 HCI-
MgCl2 + H2
[Cr207]2- + 2[OH)
2[Cr04]2- + H2O
O 2[Mn04]- + 5 [C2043-2 + 16H+

Answer:

Since oxidation is loose of electrons..

HCl is getting oxidised here..

Because the oxidation state of Cl in HCl is -1 whereas in Cl2 it is 0..

Hence HCl is oxidised by loosing an electron .

On the other hand reduction is the gain of electron..

Hence MnO2 is getting reduced here because The oxidation state of Mn has changed from +4 to +2
