Rock edict located in dhauli hills, close to 10 kms from Bhubneshwar. The edicts are engraved on a large piece of rock, written in Pali. The rock edict is located near the historical sight of the Kalinga war which is said to transform Samrat Ashok. They dipict the message of peace & harmony thus to renounce bloodshed & war.
