\huge\mathbb{Hello!} Here's \huge\mathbb{Answer}  Liquids also can't have more collisions. The only state in which collisions are maximum between the particles is Gaseous state. In gaseous state ,The particles move freely throught the space and collide at most\huge\mathbb{Thank-you!}❤️
