Those organisms have a place with kingdom fungi.

Exception is unicellular yeast (Saccharomyces).

Organisms in growths are shape a connection among unicellular and multicellular kindgoms.

Their body is made of a system of thin slim cylinder like structures called hyphae.

The system is called mycelium which is considered as the fungal body.

The fungal isn't very much separated and is a crude multicellular body.

The hyphae may have cross walls between them or not, which makes some hyphae multinucleated.

Growths show saprophytic (benefiting from dead and rotting organic matter of organisms), parasitic (living on another organism) and symbiotic(living in relationship with different organisms).

They have all around defined atomic organization and are eukaryotic.

Ex:- Mushrooms, Bread mold, Morels.
