Liquid and gas are the two states of matter which allow move the of their constituents particles and hence, they can show change in shape.
The different states of matter are able to change their shape and structure in reaction when treated with cold or heat. The results being different every time.

Answer :
According to the nature , our earth generally consist major three types of matters.
a) Solid b) Liquid c) Gases
1) These matters have different physical and chemical properties.
2) These have different intermolecular space.
As we know solid matter never change its shape (except some material).
{According to the physical properties these matters never change it shape , if we not change the condition like force , temperature and pressure}
Liquid and gases are two matters who change its shape according to the given mould ( sancha). Gases have higher intermolecular space and require high pressure to change its state(it's not a shape).
Liquid change according to shape of mould (vessel) and as same gas also it will fill the entire space of mould also.
Thanks
