acetic acid and ammonia is your answer mate .....because sodium hydroxide is a very strong base and hydrochloric acid is a strong acid so the reaction is very vigorous where as acetic acid is a weak acid and ammonia is a weak base so when they react with each other they form neutralisation reaction because both are weak acid and weak base...
