As we know that, there are some chemicals which good conductors are electricity because in water they form electric ions.

From the figures we see that, in fig. (i) and (iv) the bulb will glow,

Reason :-

(i) the solution of dil. HCL which is an electrolyte produces ions in water and it gets dissolved in it. Due to that ions they are able to conduct electricity which may help to glow the bulb.

(iv) Yes, the bulb glows because the lime water, citric juice, etc are the good conductors of the electricity.

Thus, option B. (i) and (iv) is correct.
