Yes it’s option b, because the light reaction occurred in the leaf kept in dark is less and eventually the dark reaction will stop after sometime. But as the second leaf is continuously exposed to sunlight the light reaction takes place for longer time hence the the more energy is provided for dark reaction and higher rate of photosynthesis.
