Some invertebrate donot have blood in them for supply of oxygen to their body organs. This invertebrate include jelly fish, flatworms,nematodes etc.
They directly absorb gases with their skin
Many single celled bacteria donot require oxygen. so, they donot have blood in them.They respire anaerobicly.

annelida have a circulatory system in which blood flows openly
they have blood to deleiver oxygen so they are not included according to ur question
