All the chemical reactions in plants take inside the chloroplast and in chloroplast it takes place in the grana.
But in the dark reactions case , the stroma part of the chloroplast is used for the chemical reaction to take place.
Chloroplasts contain DNA and ribosomes . These are required to synthesize proteins .Chemical reactions in every case here require the enzymes.
