Punjab ,haryana and Tamil nadu receives rainfall both in summer and winter.

Hello there

The answer is The southern part of India . Ex , state of Tamil Nadu

This is because of the monsoon winds blowing from South West , they blow up to Himalayas and then start their retreating journey back . Therefore , TN receives rainfall both in summer and winter
