In which part of the country do we see more seasonal contrast and why?

In Northeastern part of our country we see more seasonal contrast .

This is because North Eastern part is Hilly while through the middle of North East the Great Brahmaputra river and Barak river flows . This make a plain region in North East . Though most region is Hilly while a major portion of Assam is plain . Thus , North East experiences a very diversified climate.
