Hi, hope this helps you...
The enzymes that help catalyse oxidative phosphorylation are embedded in the inner mitochondrial membrane. The events of the citric acid cycle and oxidative phosphorylation take place in the matrix. The outer membrane of the mitochondria is largely permeable and allows many molecules to freely diffuse across it.

Answer :-
Oxidative Phosphorylation occurs at the infoldings of the mitochondrial membrane.
Some more information about the infoldings of the mitochondrial membrane :-
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- These infoldings together form the Mitochondrial Cristae.
- They play a crucial role in transfer of electrons during the formation of A.T.P. (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate) from A.D.P. (Adenosine Di-Phosphate).
- They are mainly responsible for the transfer of protons.
Some other important components of mitochondria :-
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- 70-s type ribosomes.
- Succinate Dehydrogenate (in Inner Matrix).
- Single circular double stranded D.N.A.
- Guanine Cytocin rich semi-autonomous D.N.A.
- Glutamic Acid (Can be converted into 17 different types of Amino Acids).
- Chondriogin (Respiratory Centre).
