Explanation:

Eukaryotic transcription is the process in which eukaryotic cells form transportable complementary RNA replica by copying the genetic information present in DNA.

Explanation:

The process of transcription has three main stages:

Initiation: In this process RNA polymerase enters nucleus and binds to the promoter region. The DNA seperates into single strands and the template will be read from the 3' to 5' direction.

Elongation: pre-mRNA nucleotides are quickly paired with their complementary baseswhich correspond with the template strand on DNA. The pre-mRNA moves in the 5' to 3' direction while the DNA template strand moves opposite to it that is from 3' to 5'. Pre-mRNA do not contain thymine hence uracil is used as a base complementary base pair for adenine.

Termination: When the RNA polymerase reach treminator, it signals RNA polymerase to stops and leaves the DNA strand. Once the RNA polymerase releases the two complementary strands of DNA come together and again form a double helix structure and release the formed Pre-mRNA molecule.
