polar bears and penguins are found in regions with cold climates like antarctica because their bodies are modified in such a way so that they can survive in the best way..
polar bears have a thick layer of fur on their bodies which protect them from cold..and penguins have a layer of fat under their skin so as to protect them and help them survive in the cold climates.
