1950-1250=700

interest =700

interest = P×R×N/100

700 =1250×14×N/100

700×100/1250×14=N

4=N

there fore in 4 years u'll get 1950

Hope it helps.

4 years

step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Principal = ₹ 1250

Amount = ₹ 1950

Rate of Interest = 14% p.a

Now,

we kno that,

Amount (A)= Principal (P) + Simple interest (S.I)

=> S.I = A - P

=> S.I = ₹(1950-1250)

=> S.I = ₹ 700

NOW,

we know that,

S.I = P×R×T/100

=> T = S.I × 100/ P× R

=> T = 700×100/14 × 1250

=> T = 4 yrs.

So,

Time period = 4 yrs.
