Answer:

HEY !!

Polemarchus says justice is "the art which gives good to friends and evil to enemies." Thrasymachus proclaims "justice is nothing else than the interest of the stronger." Socrates overturns their definitions and says that it is to your advantage to be just and disadvantage to be unjust.

Plato presented a solution to the problem of universals known as Platonism and he moved to the Pythagorean view after Socrates death. It  confirmed in him the belief of immortality and gave his belief a much wider social and cosmic aspect. The Pythagoras belief was that all things are number and the cosmos comes from numerical principles.

Explanation:

  • Plato gives an important place to the idea of justice since he was highly dissatisfied with the prevailing degenerating conditions in Athens.
  • The democracy in Athenian was on the verge of collapse and was ultimately responsible for death of  Socrates's. Plato was major follower of Socrates and it is seen that Plato  does not  speak in his own voice in his dialogues and he speaks as Socrates in all but the Laws.
  • The Plato theory of Forms did not believe in the material world and it considers it only an image or copy of the real world
