This is only because of one reason which is when food reacts with the atmospheric oxygen. The reaction take place early in summers then in winters.In which season does the food get spoiled easily? Food gets spolied faster in high temperature(which happens in summer) so the food gets spoiled faster in summer season.Among the oldest methods of preservation are drying, refrigeration, and fermentation. Modern methods include canning, pasteurization, freezing, irradiation, and the addition of chemicals. Advances in packaging materials have played an important role in modern food preservation.
