Paddy is mainly cultivated in Rabi and Kharif.

》Mostly south Indians used too eat paddy becoz if the land they are having and properties of the land these all will make the farmers to grow paddy.
Also paddy needs many nutrients from the soil , sombefore and after cultivating paddy we can see that the farmers grow ground nut crops which doesn't require any nutrients from the soil.

》Also after cultivating paddy it turns into rice {after all the process} And rice is also good for health which gives us lots of energy.
