In which season the vessels of angiosperms are larger in size why?

Answer:

In spring season the vessels of the angiosperms is the largest because spring season is the favourable season for the cambium activity . It becomes active in summer season whereas it becomes inactive during winter season,therefore in winter seasons the vessels are smaller in size.
