in which side of chart paper we have to draw or paint.?

I recommend using the rough side.

However I must tell u that the pencils I used here are really cheap and are but harder.

If u are using pencils like Steadtler, Derwent….etc then u should try the smooth side also. I think it would work well for those pencils.

Rough side always serves better because you have good surface to rub pencil."
