Bay of Bengal is a sea. So it doesn't exist within any state. It lies along the eastern coast of India. It starts from the end of Bengal and Bangladesh and extends upto southern part of India and finally merges with the Indian Ocean. The Indian states which lies along the bay of Bengal are West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
