Water will be in the following state in following temperature;

1) At -2°C water will be in solid state i.e. it will be in Ice form.

2) At 50°C water will be in its liquid state.

3) At 102°C water will be in its vapour state.

ii) 50°C = This is the normal temperature. So, at this temperature water is in liquid state.

iii) 102°C = The boiling point of water is 100°C. So, at this temperature water is in gaseous state i.e. Vapours.
