Tricuspid valves- located between the right atrium[top chamber] and right ventricle[bottom chamber]

Function- to make sure blood flows in a forward direction from right atrium to the ventricle

bicuspid valve/mitral valve- situated between the left atrium and left ventricle

Function- to make sure unidirectional flow of blood
