Liberal were a group of scholars , philosophers and thinkers who wanted a change in the society..they were against the existence of private property the did not wanted women to vote they wanted a well trained judiciary based on a well written set of laws and constitution
Whereas Radical were a group of people who wanted the government to be made from the majority of country population .. they were not against the existence of private property they wanted women to vote
