all the world welfare organization like UNESCO,WHO and UNICEF work for the welfare and developement of all the countries.basically they do survey,set parameter and identify the countries which are failing to cut through.developing and under developed nations come into this catagory.african and some south american countries where people are still lagging to get basic food and water and being infected from severe diseases,poverty is being seen a upward growth rate,has been a serious concern from begining for these organization.sometimes when mass destruction and disaster occurs in some coutries,human rights are being violated by some mean then these organization play a significant role.
