Langurs are forest-dwelling animals. They are considered as amongst the arboreal of all Old World monkeys. They are moving everywhere on the tree covering and can be encountered in both primary and secondary forests.  Most langurs are brownish, grayish or blackish, with paler underparts. However, grey langur dwells in the wastelands, tropic habitats like tropical rainforests and warm environments like deciduous habitats, coniferous forests, and mountains habitats.
