Explanation:

When you open the MS PowerPoint application, the slides are opened in Normal View by default. In this view the currently active/working slide is displayed largely on the screen and all other slides of the presentation are viewed vertically in the slides pane/outline tab on the left side (by which you can add the text, graphics, sound, i apply animation and other effects to your slides or change the position of the slides too. If in case of many slides added into the presentation you can move/scroll the splitter bar (looks like a vertical scroll bar) from up to down. You can also see thei notes pane below the slide which allows you to type note for the slide. In the Normal view you get the Outline tab but if you want to see the current slide only in thei window, you can choose the slides and outline tab using the Close button in the top right corner of the pane.
