The language policy does not encourage any language as its national language hence no community will have a difficulty of communication

English is used for administrative purposes

And English is a language that majority of Indians know today.

Also this way no community feals as a majority or minority based on language

Whereas in srilanka sinhala was spoken by majority of the people leading to the majoritarian policy
