The main motive of Mughals and The East India Company were completely different.
Some of the major differences which I consider were as follows :
No doubt that both came to rule our country but the draining of wealth was associated with the British rule.Mughals gave importance to each and every section of the society while Britishers abandoned most of them.Artisans, Peasants, Handcraftmen were given immense value during Mughal era whereas they were exploited during British reign.There were hardly any communal riots during Mughal reign while on the other hand the Britishers used the communal disparity between Hindus and Muslims . by sroushan11 i hope it will help uu
