Hey mate here is your answer:-

Explanation:

Qutub-ud-Din Aibak of Slave Dynasty laid the foundation of Minar in A.D. 1199 for the use of mu'azzin (crier) to give calls for prayer and raised the first storey, to which were added three more storeys by his successor and son-in-law, Shams-ud-Din Itutmish (A.D. 1211-36).

•Victory of Mohammad Ghori over Prithviraj Chauhan.

Built as a symbol of victory for Muslim invaders over the Hindu land, Qutub Minar served as a victory tower when Muhammad Ghori took over the Rajput king, Prithviraj Chauhan, in 1192.

Later Ghori's viceroy, Qutb-ud-din Aibak, who went on to become the first ruler of Mamluk dynasty began the construction of Qutub Minar.

Hope it helps..

Keep smiling..
