in winter season curd take more time to form??

as you know setting of curd is done by lactobacillus bacteria and bacteria need more warm climate or warm temperature to set the costly in winter temperature get very less so the bacteria become somewhat inactive

Due to the microorganisms become slow in winter season so, that curd take more time to form in winter season.
