In ∆XYZ, angle Y=90°, angle Z=60°, XZ=10, then find XY.​

In the triangle XYZ we can see that XY is the opposite of Z and XZ is the hypotenuse since Y is 90° & hypotenuse is the opposite side of a right angle.

Z= 60°

XZ=10

sin Z= sin 60° = √3/2 = opposite/hypotenuse = XY/XZ

therefore, XY/XZ= √3/2

or, XY/10= √3/2

therefore, XY = (√3/2)×10

= 5√3

5√3 is your answer.
