XZ = 5m, IF ∆XYZ ~∆PQR and
PQR 8 cm then find the length of
remaining
sides of ∆ PQR

Consider, ΔXYZ∼ΔPQR

 \frac{xy}{pq}  =  \frac{yz}{qr}  =  \frac{xz}{pr}

⇒ \frac{4}{8}  =  \frac{6}{qr}  =  \frac{5}{pr}

⇒ QR=12cm and PR=10cm

Hence, the lengths of remaining sides of Δ PQR are 12 and 10cm.
